Domestic Trips
A non-refundable 50% deposit is required with each domestic trip reservation. Your balance is due 30 days before the date of your activity. If you pay your course fee in total and cancel your reservation 30 days or more before the activity start date, your balance is refundable, less your non-refundable deposit. We are sorry, but NO REFUNDS are made within 30 days prior the activity starting date.
International Trips
Your initial 25% deposit is required with each reservation. An additional 25% deposit is required 90 days before departure, with the balance due 60 days before departure. If you cancel your reservation 90 days before your expedition or trek, your expedition or trek fees are refundable minus a $1,000.00 cancellation fee. If cancellation is received between 60-90 days prior to the course, your balance is refundable minus a 50% cancellation fee. We are sorry, but NO REFUNDS are made within 60 days prior to the course starting date.
We highly recommend travel insurance to protect your travel investment.
